The Association is governed by a Managing Board, which is comprised of a chairman and a minimum of ten and a maximum of 20 members, appointed for a two-year term of office and eligible for re-appointment.

Mr. Gianfranco Torriero of ABI is the Chairman of the DIPO Board of Directors.

The following banks are members of the Managing Board to hold office until 2011.
