The DIPO General Meeting is held once a year and resolves on:

♦ the Association’s general courses of actions and guidelines;

♦ approval of the Managing Board annual final statement and report;

♦ appointment of the members of the Managing Board and Board of Auditors;

♦ amendments to the articles of incorporation and bylaws;

♦ other issues that the Managing Board, by the absolute majority of its members, considers should be submitted for approval.

All members have the right to participate in the DIPO meeting.
