The Statistical Committee implemented the MUT (Mean Under Threshold) methodology and approved the subdivision of reporting entities into clusters as well as its revision carried out in 2008; moreover, it is entrusted with the task of identifying any further mathematical-statistical analysis to be conducted by using DIPO databases.

The scope of the analysis and further examinations conducted by the Technical Committee is determined by the Managing Board.

All members have the right to participate in the Technical Committee.
