The Software Technical Committee mainly operated during the early stages of the DIPO Task Force. It was involved in the decisions made with respect to technology and the software installed to support the Task Force.

Its future involvement is not ruled out in activities regarding the new web-based platform which has been operating since August 2008. The scope of the analysis and further examinations conducted by the Technical Committee is determined by the Managing Board.

All members have the right to participate in the Technical Committee.
